Honey, Coconut sugar, Molasses, etc... may be used to sweeten to personal preference. We have noticed that many of our customers don't seem to have a 'sweet tooth', and I, Binnah, have personally observed that many of the Tickety-Boo Tribe don't even have honey in their Herbal Tea!!! We WILL do a version sweetened with Organic Coconut Sugar soon, as well as some different varieties featuring different Medicinal Mushrooms. Please feel free to request particular favourites that you would like me to work with!!!
As with sweetening, the serving size is an individual preference. I like to mix about 1 level tablespoon (5-6grams) with around 150ml of Almond, Soy or Oat Mylk, but I love it dark, rich and chocolatey. I would really love to know just how you enjoy your Reishi Radiance? At what strength? What flavourings or additions? Do you prefer it hot or cold?
I do suggest, whether you choose to drink this as a warming hearty beverage, or an empowering super-smoothie, or even incorporate it into recipes like Reishi Cacao Fudge, or a decadent Medicinal Cake, that you BLEND the powder into the Milk/Mylk or whatever liquid you are using, preferably with a stick mixer or blender. These powders can tend to sit on top of the base liquids unless vigorously incorporated.

***PLEASE NOTE***-I personally recommend 'Mylk'- which means 'non-dairy' aka 'Milk'. The only exception is for B-type Blood, which seems to tolerate and even thrive on Dairy. Be sure to buy Organic and Good Quality- many would envy your ability to digest dairy so celebrate what some would consider a 'luxury'!!!
For O-Blood, your choices are Oat or Almond. Both Oats and Almonds are brilliant for the Cardiovascular system, which is a common O-blood weakness. Try making your own Almond Milk if you find the store bought cartons too watery. 'Nutty Bruce' has a great 'Activated Almond Milk' available from most supermarket (Australia) fridges. You can tolerate a little bit of Soy but it is no where near as 'beneficial', or 'good' for you as it is for the A-type Blood.
A-Blood does do well on Soy Milk, yet drinking large quantities can cause the 'poo' to become heavy due to the undigested fats causing mucous, a common A-type weakness is a tendency being a tendency toward weekend digestive enzymes and therefore excess mucous. Drink 'light' soy, not for the weight loss aspect, but for reducing the phlegm and excess mucous that 'full fat' will cause if drunk excessively. It is the same for yoghurt and the little bit of yellow cheese you are allowed on occasion! A-Blood will also highly benefit from drinking both Oat and Almond Mylk.
Drinking 'Activated' Almond Milk is essential, and always choose Organic wherever possible.
